Madalyn joined The Resolution Center in November of 2021 and completed mediation training in June of 2022. A Graduate from Gordon College, she studied International Development and Economics. Her passions and skills range from Non-profit fundraising to International Economic Development. Her recent experience was in Mukono, Uganda where she helped women achieve financial independence. When we asked Madalyn about her interest in mediation she replied: "If we want to see any social justice it has to start within our community... Mediation empowers them to live better lives.”  As Program Coordinator, Madalyn assists in scheduling, database management, development, and supports the Director of Youth Programs.
