AG22 Anya McDavitt 228719Anya joined The Resolution Center in 2010.  She comes to the Director of Youth Programs position after working in Higher Education for 5 years teaching / supervising students in community service and leadership initiatives and 10 years in the Youth Development field focusing on service learning, civic engagement, intercultural relations and violence prevention. In particular, she teaches youth to make healthy life choices for themselves, towards others and the environment. Anya is a trained mediator and violence prevention specialist. She holds a B.A. in Applied Sociology and an M.A. in Intercultural Relations with a specialization in conflict management.  Anya’s broad range of experience has given her a firsthand perspective and insight into youth conflict and youth driven solutions.
